What makes us tick, what drives us forward, what gives us the edge, what delivers you the value...

We’ve been around, since 2005 if you’re counting, in wonderful sunny Tunbridge Wells, nestled in the south east of the UK, often referred to as the “Garden of England”.

The Beginnings

Our initial focus was marketing consultancy and research and we kicked off our adventure with some excellent clients and projects. Wasn’t long though until – by popular demand – we branched out into the wider realm of marketing and online services – seems our clients wanted someone they could trust to deliver the goods.

Comprehensive service

Since then – all guns blazing.  We now offer a comprehensive service to our clients – covering every part of the marketing spectrum – whilst we don’t necessarily have all that expertise in-house for everything, we can manage it all for our clients. We understood early on that our clients (mostly SME’s small and large) don’t really want to manage a myriad of relationships, they haven’t the time or resources – they would much prefer a trusted partner to do the humdrum for them.

Trust

Talking of trust – for our clients (and us) trust is key. We see it as our number one attribute – trust do the job, on time, within budget and above all – trust to do the right thing.

We don’t believe in doing as we’re told – if we don’t think it makes sense. We challenge our clients (not all the time) to ensure what they’re asking is what they want. This is why it’s important for us to understand you (our client).

Partnership

We like to add value to everything we do – we believe that it differentiates us from the pack. The only way to really do this consistently is to understand the people we work with – their business, their objectives, their way of working. That’s why we like to work in partnership with our clients – we want you to succeed.

People

People are important – after all, when all is said and done – people buy people.
Our lead protagonist, and MD, is Lance Close, he does most of the client management – as well as getting stuck in with the dirty stuff at the coal face. His background – mostly marketing (senior level positions in marketing, consultancy and research) in a variety of industry sectors but with a bit of travelling the world on behalf of the queen.
